A mixture of salt and sugar to overcome stress



According to the American scientist Matt Stone, who has published several books on how nutrition and metabolism contribute  getting rid of insomnia and headaches, strengthen immunity, lift energy levels and also the level of serotonin and electrolytes, he states that sugar and salt are powerful tools in the fight against stress that disrupts your metabolism. 

Therefore, if you are among those people who stay up late at night and having troubles to close their eyes and sleep, this combination of sugar and salt is ideal for them. 



Mix 5 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt and put the mixture in a jar. Before going to bed or at night, take a small amount of the mixture and place it under the tongue. Allow to melt gradually in order to do its thing.
