A simple drink that will help you to lose weight without dieting



You do not have to put yourself on numerous diets because we have for you a great and simple recipe for a powerful drink that melts the pounds. All you need is water, honey, and cinnamon. How many times have you said to yourself you want to lose weight but with no diets? So, we present you a recipe for a powerful drink that shed the pounds quickly.




- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, and
- 250 ml. of water.


Firstly boil the water and put the cinnamon in it then cover it good so it doesn't cool fast.
Add honey when the drink will be cold and keep in mind never to put honey in boiling water, because it will destroy all the sustenance of it.

Drink one-half of the drink when you wake up on an empty stomach and the other half at bedtime. Drink this drink every day until you reach the desired result.
