5 perfect substitutes for unhealthy ingredients in cookies



Almost all cookies contain ingredients that are considered unhealthy, from white

flour, sugar, through to the refined oil. But these ingredients can be replaced with

a very welcome products that can only improve the taste of the cookies.

Replace the oil with apple sauce

Namely... Oil and butter you can replace them and without endangering the taste

of the cookies. Boil a few apples in water, add a little sugar  (brown sugar), lemon

juice, and cinnamon and leave on a low heat soaked for half an hour.

Instead of white, use whole-wheat flour

Loaded with calories without nutrients, white sugar is the enemy of health. In

recipes that contain nuts desirable to replace sugar with honey. In creams use

barley sugar, keep in mind that these natural sweeteners with a milder taste.

 Carob instead of chocolate
