Natural ways to immediately get healthier hair!



To make your hair grow naturally and quickly it is necessary to avoid aggressive care products, but also to change lifestyle habits especially those related to nutrition.

Here are some tips:
Massage your scalp
Massaging improves blood circulation, by which the flow of nutrients to the hair roots is freed. There are several massage techniques, but these two give the most effect: gently running your fingers through your hair and gently pat the skin with fingertips dipped in essential oil.

Avoid hot water when washing hair
If you frequently wash your hair with hot water, you
are removing the sebum, which protects the hair from 
external factors. Cold water is a friend to hair and you 
should complete each hair washing with cold water.


Keep usage of hair curlers to a minimum
High temperatures are not good for sensitive hair. Once a week you may use hot curlers.

Regularly take haircuts
Every six to eight weeks, trim the ends. This is going to stimulate hair growth. If you have soft hair, trim every six weeks.

Healthy Eating
The protein keratin, the main component of hair, and that it would be insufficient quantities you should consume healthy food like green vegetables, food rich in carbohydrates and proteins.
