Some people enjoy spicy food flavored with garlic and onions, but they are your worst enemy for bad breath. This however, should not be a reason to avoid delicious dishes, there is a solution and you should consume the following three ingredients.
1. Brandy - alcohol is effective when it comes to destroying the bacteria that cause bad breath and calming the stomach acids. After a nice meal rinse the oral cavity with brandy.
2. Mustard - a strong taste, and its hotness destroys the smell of garlic and onions. Take one teaspoon of mustard after a meal.
3. Green Tea - cleanses the body of toxins and is very friendly for your oral cavity. the ingredients of green tea neutralize all smells from the mouth and soothe the stomach. After a meal, drink cold of hot green tea. for a stronger effect squeeze a little lemon juice in tea.
