Clean your lungs with deep breathing

But that does not mean that your lungs are working to their full capacity.

Unfortunately, most people use only a small part of the capacity of their lungs, using so-called shallow  breathing. During the shallow breathing,  the oxygen often does not reach all parts of this vital organ.

If you don't use their full capacity  (do not use a method of deep breathing and other methods that help the lungs), it can accumulate harmful substances.

You can feel the consequences of the accumulation of toxins, like  headache, difficulty breathing, dizziness, and other symptoms which cause reduced lung function.

How can you change?

Simply, a method that you have been practicing your whole life about 23,000 times a day!
Breathe!
But now  deeply and feel how the oxygen does wonder for your entire body.

Shallow breathing is the result of lifestyle, bad posture, stiff muscles and poor physical activity. Although the lungs are not muscle, but they still need practice. Deep breathing is the best exercise that will quickly and easily clean your lungs and help ensure the proper exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
It will encourage the expansion of the diaphragm muscle and would be easier to fill the alveoli (air sacs) and provide more oxygen throughout the body.
You will throw the accumulated toxins and feel the other benefits.

Slow, deep breathing from the belly will encourage proper posture and the muscles work wich is involved in breathing, and the spine will be  grateful to.
The lungs take part in the hormonal system, blood pressure control and allows deep breathing exercises can also serve as a natural aid in hypertension.
At the same time, you will be relaxed and calm and also is an excellent method to combat stress.

How to breathe deeply

To determine whether you exercise correctly, you can lay one hand on your stomach and the other on the chest.
Find a calm and quiet place. The ideal would be in nature, but will also serve any space where you  feel good.
Sit down, close your eyes and start with a deep breath through your nose. Breathe slowly.

- Count to five as you inhale. Focus on the belly - begin with it, let him first  "filled", and then the lungs.
- Breathe in as you can, while lung and stomach are not completely "full".
- Hold your breath for a few seconds (3-5), and then slowly exhale, again counting to 5.
- Empty all the air, as much as you can, even when you think that there isn't anymore, not a single atom  left behind. (You will feel the abdomen pulls inward).
- When you discharge any air, breathe again.
- Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Implement this method to your daily routine, to help your lungs, but also provide the body with new energy and vitality.
