- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, and
- 250 ml. of water.
Firstly boil the water and put the cinnamon in it then cover it good so it doesn't cool fast.
Add honey when the drink will be cold and keep in mind never to put honey in boiling water, because it will destroy all the sustenance of it.
Drink one-half of the drink when you wake up on an empty stomach and the other half at bedtime. Drink this drink every day until you reach the desired result.
