5 perfect substitutes for unhealthy ingredients in cookies
Almost all cookies contain ingredients that are considered unhealthy, from white
flour, sugar, through to the refined oil. But these ingredients can be replaced with
a very welcome products that can only improve the taste of the cookies.
Replace the oil with apple sauce
